1. Use a plastic bowl to hold 500g of glue, add 1.5% of the curing agent at room temperature, stir well and reserve.
2. Lubricate the master mold blank with a release agent.
3. The lubricated mother blank is surrounded by wooden strips. The wooden strips should also be treated with a release agent, and the gap in the middle is preferably 2-4cm. 4. Slowly pour the prepared glue along a fixed pouring point, and shake it from time to time to remove the air inside.
5, 60 minutes after the glue is completely cured, then surrounded by wooden strips, leaving a 4cm gap, remove the original wooden strips.
6. Put 1000g of gypsum powder into water after pouring it into the wooden frame until it is full (the wooden frame is divided into two parts with plastic sheet to facilitate demolding).
7. After 20 minutes, the wood strip is removed and the mold is finished. Note:
1. The amount of curing agent should be determined according to the temperature, and it will decrease when the temperature is high. If the curing agent is used excessively, the mold will become hard and brittle; if the curing agent is used too little, the operation time will be prolonged.
2. In order to prevent the physical property change of the mold silicone, it is recommended not to add silicone oil.
3. For the best use of your mold, please store the mold for at least 24 hours before using it.
